Meet Our Team
Richard Tumushime- Founder
Richard is from Rwanda, born in Uganda as a refugee. Just as many Rwandans, his life was affected by the genocide against Tutsis in 1994. Richard grew up being a leader and provider to his family at a young age. Once an adult, he decided that he wanted to travel to the United States to attend college. He obtained his associates degree in electrical engineering and he is working towards his bachelor's degree. Richard met his wife, Colleen, in 2008 and married in September of 2011. They are happily married with three beautiful little girls and reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Colleen Moran- Founder
Colleen was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Duquesne University in Sociology and Psychology in 2006. She worked for a non-profit for eight years. Colleen assisted abused and neglected children and their families. Currently, Colleen is a stay at home mom taking care of three beautiful little girls.

Janet Moran - Secretary
I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my husband of 50 years. We have 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren all living in the Pittsburgh area. I am now retired but I previously worked at Dormont Library for 18 years and at Duquesne University Law Library for 12 years. I am currently on the board of directors at Dormont Public Library. I enjoy reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with my family.
Joseph F. (Joe) McLaughlin - Advisor
A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, PA, Joe is a graduate of the University of Dayton. He retired from teaching physics at Brentwood High School. Since his retirement, Joe has been busy working and volunteering primarily in technology programs that benefit people. Besides technology, Joe's interests include bicycling and time spent with his family and grandchildren.

William Wright- Advisor and Media Director
William is a college student at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, studying in International Security Studies. William is a photographer and amateur filmmaker. He is an advisor and the media director for The Bridge to Hope.
