2018-19 Trip

Our Trip

Richard, Colleen and their family visited Rwanda for a 40 day trip. They traveled to the village of Zaza where we continue to work with the local population to aid in sustainable development.

During the trip, we met with local leaders to establish better adapted plans based on the needs of the locals. We take their input very seriously when deciding details of current and future projects.

2017-18 Trip

First we want to thank everyone for supporting us on a successful trip this year! Read some of our accomplishments below and visit our Projects page to learn more about our current projects.

Thank you!

Our Trip

Richard and William (Billy) traveled to Rwanda on a 21-day trip. We left Pittsburgh on 12/26 and returned on 1/15. We spent most of our time in the village of Zaza (shown below).

The day after Christmas, Richard and Billy left for Rwanda. They held a Christmas party for over 50 kids. During their trip, Richard and Billy delivered the donated solar lights,  visited the brick building site, met with community leaders and delivered much needed school supplies and toys.

Looking Forward

We are excited to continue working with Zaza as we look to expand our presence there and in the capital city.
